ONE-SIDED (HOT) LAMINATING
One-sided, thermal (hot) laminating, for the most part, is applied to press sheets with the thinnest of laminating films; ranging from 1.1 to 2.0 mil. The advantages of plastic laminating affords the final products durability, water / oil / acid resistance, longevity and value-added appearance. Film lamination eliminates cracking and chipping of inks on printed substrates.

TWO-SIDED (HOT LAMINATING
Two-sided, thermal (hot) laminating is applied to net-size, sealed edge (encapsulated) sheets and/or press forms to be flush / die-cut . The caliper of laminates range from 1.2 to 15.0 mil. The advantage of sealed-edge laminating is complete protection from moisture, water, oil, gasses and most acids. Whether flush-cut or encapsulated, lamination will afford your graphics durability, longevity and value-added appearance.

80" WIDE FORMAT LAMINATING
Wide format laminating is applied with thermal (hot) or pressure sensitive (cold) laminates as well as full-sheet adhesive mounting (transfer tape) to substrates.
Cold Laminating is ideally suited for ink-jet, digital and plotter prints that normally cannot be hot laminated and prints that are applied to mount boards. One or two-sided laminating can be performed as well as roll-to-roll converting. Hot or cold laminating will afford your flag-ship prints and commercial displays durability, longevity and value-added appearance.
